Hemp Oil Tincture from Elixinol: Spray the liquid under your tongue and hold for 2 minutes. 1mg CBD/pump. Since this is a highly effective liposome, you will need far fewer mgs of CBD compared to other CBD oils. Average dose is 2-5 pumps (2-5 mg) twice a day. Keep adding a pump per dose every day, until you find benefit. Omega 3's, Chia/flax/hemp seeds all feed the ECS and help cannabinoids get better absorbed. After a meal with fats is a good time to use the tincture, but not necessary since it is blended with oil already.
Topicals: Use as needed, but it is best to apply after your shower in the morning when your skin is ready to absorb nutrients. Also apply at bedtime so your body can heal during the night. Always apply before physical therapy or exercise. At least twice a day induces better healing.
Vape Pens: Use to offset addictive urges or as a "rescue" for pain or anxiety. Very quick uptake of CBD is felt. Take a small hit first, as this oil has no added chemicals and is very smooth. Benefit of feeling "grounded" or pain relief lasts for an hour and up to three.
Pet Products: Dosing for pets is usually done by weight, even tho we don't dose by weight for humans. For our Pet tinctures, start with 5 drops in the mouth if pet is over 50lbs; one drop per every 10 pounds if under 50lbs. Add a drop per dose until your pet perks up, seems happier or seems to be in less pain.
